Flat ironers? W&S then Flat iron or Blowfry?

I am not loving my Wash & Set from Friday - a bit too poofy. So, I'm planning to have my hair flat ironed at the salon in the morning (wedding tomorrow evening) and want to know which will give me better results?

Should I have them w&s first or blowfry first - before flat ironing?
I am taking my Nexxus heat protectant and my FHI hot sauce as well as my own deep conditioner.

if the stylist knows what he/she is doing, there should be no need to go over your hair after blowing the roots.

I decided to just flat iron it myself. I'm too paranoid of the salon after a blowout in April that resulted in breakage at my temples.

It's not the sleek salon look, but I can make it work.
