I decided to skip a co wash last night because I was too tired and I just sprayed it with the olive oil and water.
It actually felt softer today after the spray and I didn't have to add any curl lotion...so I may see about skipping one to two days between co-wash-n-go's.
And there is oil on my hair but it's not greasy.
