Fantasia's RED HAIR on Idol last night

Yep---my thoughts exactly.

It may not be mainstream, and i wouldn't do it---but that is Tasia---and I think she rocked it.

Her confidence was a mile high!!:yep::yep:

Fantasia Fuschia-Red.:rolleyes:

I think it was gangsta. I mean, it suits her personality and she can rock it. I just accept her for who she is and expect things like this from her now. This is who she is. If Fantasia showed up with a BSL weave and toned down makeup and clothes that fit her body type correctly... well it just wouldn't be her. And I would probably stare in a bad way and be uncomfortable. I just like her how she is. I would never do it... but I'm glad theres someone else out there doing it. She loves herself, and I love her for it.

BTW I may be biased because I was one of the people crying when she won American Idol. Back when I cared about the show.

Her performance was definitely..... different

The hair.... can't decide if it was better or worse than the Cruella De'Ville look (white hair on one side and the rest black)......

no, DEFINITELY better than the 2-toned look IMO. man you just gave me flashbacks of when Christina Aguilera tried to pull off that blonde-on-top-black-underneath or when Keyshia Cole tried to pull off that blonde-on-top-red-underneath mess... :nono:

:clapping::goodpost: i agree...

I loved the song, did not like her hair at all...but I love the fact that she does her thing her way, and makes no apologies! I gotta respect that!:yep:

She's a performer and to me it was part of the act. Performers can get away with a lot of stuff on stage. But for real life... Like someone said earlier, the hood rats gonna be sporting that all summer - YUK!

To me she looked like the red version of an Oompa Loompa. :nono:

I agree with you. I love Fantasia! She's unique and always does it her way whether you like it or not. I respect that. I thought the song, outfit and hair suited her maverick personality....and I think Simon loved it! The performance was with high energy we come to expect from her and certainly not Karaoke.
