I've been with it for two weeks since I got my perm retouch and I have about 3/8th of an inch in new growth which for me is noteworthy. I will double check this growth on Friday when I go to my Stylist for a conditioning treatment. I shampoo twice a week and use CO washes the other 3 days.
In all fairness however, I do use the Surge Revitallizer (twice daily) and am on a vitamin regimen so I can't guarantee that it's the F.A.S.T. or Surge (or a combination thereof) that's making the difference but SOMETHING IS. Unfortunately I started the Surge and the F.A.S.T. at about the same time so.... I'll lay off the F.A.S.T. probably after this week and give the Surge a full month or two test before I re-incorporate the shampoo/conditioner.
