Hairgasm shampoo and conditioner???

hi edie, can you tell me more about making your own shampoo? how much is the base? what oils would you rec. I add and what are the oils supposed to do?
thanks

I got my ingredients for making the shampoo from nature with love. I basically bought the castile shampoo that they offer for sale and added my own oils, rosemary, thyme, sage, lavender, etc. If you place an order with them they will send you a booklet that lists all the products that they sell. They have hundreds of oils, plus indian powders like shikaiki, neem, tulsi, alma, etc. They also have recipes for making your own soaps, lotions, etc. I was very heavy into it at one time. Now I am just lazy. But I still ocassionally will give my self a scalp treatment with the shikaiki, alma, need and tulsi powders. Also the henna powder that they sell is excellent. After a henna treatment your hair is so soft and strong. But unfortunately it will take about 4 months before you can do it again, since real henna will coat your hair and take a while to completely leave the cuticle of your hair. But it never made my hair hard or dry. Go to the nature with love website and have a look. Lots of good things and information.

I was wondering that just the other day so1913... thanks for posting this! BTW I love your puff!!!

I have ordered the BTN duo. The stuff literally transforms the feel of your hair after you apply it. Especially the shampoo. Seriously. In fact I need to go wash right now. I would reccommend it to everyone try the small size it lasts for a long time. She will usually include a bonus product which ends up canceling out the shipping costs.
