Im definately in starting tommorow:
Hair
-Wash once a week and deep condition once a week
-Apply MTG 3x a week
-moisturize hair daily
-apply a rinse every 6 weeks
-start taking a multivitamin and biotin
Skin
-Find a line of products that will even my skin tone
-Drink atleast 8 cups of water....eliminate soda all together
-Actually use my steam machine on my face once a week
-exfoliate once a week
Body
-cardio 45 minutes 3x a week
-Lose 30lbs by summer time

. i'm making old new again by listening to my mp3 while doing his tapes. it's not that bad, the first week was the worse. i can make it through the tape but i can't do all of the exercises correct or at their energy level.
