When ordering online for the ep hair... If I want to wear my hair straight with body which texture would I order...also what would be considered a bag and a half. 1/4 pound or what? Any help is appreciated...also can this be bought locally or online only. Oh and is the color number the same as when you order as bss...like would a number 2 still be a 2 and so forth...I hope yall understand what I am asking...hope i'm making since.:ohwell:

Also, for those who henna and use EP hair what color is close to the henna color...I normally have to henna my weave hair as well. Thx

Hi! Their relaxed texture mimics AA relaxed hair. It is like a Lite Yaki texture, and it is significantly less silky/shiny than your average Indian hair. A bag and a half would be 6 ounces. And yes, their color system is compared ro normal bss hair.

Hope that helps!

EP ZZNW or ZZNB blends well without having to use a lot of heat. These come in 3oz packs. I like full hair and when I wore bss hair used 2-2.5 pack (about 10ozs). I used 3 paks of ZZNW =9ozs

I'll post pics of my current zznw install. I never wear it wet, and will probably use this instead of the EPRT or EPSRT, because I wont have to work at flat ironing all the time.

You will have to order online or by phone, unless you live near the store in CA and they ship fedex only.

Their colors are similar to bss colors.

I henna, but never henna my extentions, but ot depends on how red u henna.

I've had nothing but exceptional service from them! They are patient when asking a ton of questions. Nancy and Lauren are great!

hth!

I love close to EP.
I used their relaxed texture before. Was a great match.

@ OP, have you ordered your hair yet? Also, do you have your heart/mind set on EP, or have you considered other vendors?

No not yet...I currently use Boheyme hair and still have a bag of it left...so I will used that up for my next install and then go from there...but i have not seen ep hair in person just heard great reviews on it....

I disagree that the EP hair color matches the BSS hair. I found that, after ordering the EPRT, when I ordered a 1b,it really looked like a light 2.

Are you talking about EP hair? That hair is sold in 2oz bundles. U can either buy 1 pack or 2 packs (and so on). 2 packs would be 4oz. Which is enough for a full head. Unless you like your hair big. I purchased 2 packs and only used 1pk and a few pieces out of the other. So maybe 2.5 oz total.with my bangs out. The hair on the weft is very thick & full.

#1B is very light to me. It looks so brown. I had to color it darker to match my leave out. From now on I will just order #1

Update...I ordered the ZZNB over the phone but when I got the hair the texture did not match my texture it was pretty hair but too silky like barbie doll hair...so I flew out there and exchanged the hair for the silky relaxed 1b and the texture is perfect and once I henna the hair its a perfect match look like its growing out of my scalp...

Could you post pics of the hair? I'm seriously comtemplating on buying eprt or epsrt but I only really seen pics of eprt and not epsrt.

I just received my EPSRT and I don't think I have enough. How many packs/oz did you use? What length did u get?

Wow, that silky texture is nice! I didn't expect for it to still have so much texture in it. I have the EPRT and I love it for everyday-I'm 4b (natural) in the front and I can get away with blending it with little to no heat.

I think I may have to get some of the silky for the occassions when I want to wear my hair straight. The EPRT can look very dull and hard to stay straight, so when I wear my hair straight my real hair is shinier/smoother than the EPRT (odd problem to have since most bss weaves its the other way around, the weave is too shiny to blend with my real hair, lol).

I think I would do a mixture of eprt and epsrt. I want to have a small leave-out but I'm not sure if my leave-out will blend w/ eprt or epsrt.

I started with the EPSRT and I used that MeghanCrosby fotki as my reason for buying the SRT over the EPRT.

But my SRT must have been extra S because it only looked like hers when freshly washed. Once a flat iron ran through it was way too silky, like baby doll hair. I hated it and flat ironing my natural hair at 450 weekly was not going to work.

Now I'm wearing the EPRT and I love it. I don't think my natural hair is as course as this hair, but when flat ironed lightly, it blends pretty well.

Try flat ironing smaller sections on 450 degrees and make sure you place conditioner on the EP when you do your deep condition.

My hair is on a home made halfwig , so I always wash and condition it seperately. I used a Hana Elite Pro cranked up to 450. It did get straight but my real hair was still somewhat shinier esp if I put any oils on my real hair.

Here are some pics of uninstalled EPSRT I took last night.

^^^ Very nice, so would you recommend this for people with 4a/b natural hair and howmany packs for 10 inches do you think you would need?

My hair is 4A. So far it's blends well. I'll def be able to let u know for sure after I get my install next week.
I purchased 8oz but usually people do at least 4-6oz with the EPSRT. The wefts don't seem as generous as the EPRT.

Dag! Right after I order it goes on sale. It's cool b/c I prefer #1 instead of #1B.
Anyway here are some additional pics of the EPSRT.
