I've taken EPO for only 2 nights in a row, and on the 3rd day (today) I woke up and after I got out of bed I immediately felt a difference in my breasts. I was like..wha? And then later on in the day when I looked in the mirrow I SAW the difference. I definately looked bustier

I know it's from the EPO because I remember someone mentioning this happened to them. But after only 3 days?? Well..at least I know it's working lol. Does anyone know if this happens just in the initial stages of taking EPO or is it the whole time you take it?

I was just feeling a little uncomfortable today but I could probably get used to it lol.

I don't know why I stopped taking my EPO. I have some too! Besides our hair and breasts, it's supposed to have great effects on our periods too, like no PMS. I know that fuller breasts isn't what everyone wants but it's good to know what works and what works quickly!

EPO helps with PMs and cramps. I dont keep a check up on my breasts so i dont know if they got any bigger. I will ask my friends

I've been taking EPO for awhile now, so I never really paid attention if they helped my rack or not, but they do help with cramping a lot. Just take a regular dosage on a regular basis though, don't take it as though it is midal. It also helps my skin stay clear, when I don't take it I notice more bumps.

lol u guys are funny. So it helps with keeping your skin clear and cramping as well? That's GREAT because for the first couple days of my period I feel like I'm gonna die from the cramps.

I have realisd that my face is extra smooth and glowing, i dont know if it is due to this or the fact that my 18 year addiction to Coke is beginning to gross me out

Really? That is a new one on me, but my GYN suggested I take it to help with the PMS symptoms. However softgels give me HORRIBLE stomach cramps. Can you break them open and mix them in something??

I should stay away from this stuff then! I'm breastfeeding my 4 month old and I swear if I get any bigger, I'm gonna topple over and fall on my face!

But my hubby will love it!
