Does anyone use Evening Primrose oil in there hot-

I am thinking about squeezing a few caps of epo in my next hot oil treatment...

Does anyone do this? I got the idea from my aromatherapy book -- the book recced EPO for hot oil treaments... /images/graemlins/ooo.gif

I've never done it. I didn't think of the idea to be honest. I think I will try it. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I have before. It worked well with olive iil. I seem to not need hot oil treatments as much since I started taking it and flax seed oil internally.
