Essential Oils How do you use them?

I was looking at some rosemary oil and i noticed it said its very concentrated. Do you guys dilute your essential oils before you use them in your hair. And if you do what do you dilute them with ?

Hi!

Yes, all essentials oils need to be diluted with a carrier oil. I use Jojoba or Grape seed oil. There are others as well. But those are ones that I keep on hand. I am sure others wil chime in. If you do a thread search you may even find a recipe for using them. I am most certain there is one out there.

I add EO's to my conditioners and daily spritz (distilled H20, glycerin, castor, coconut oil, and then my EO of choice- usually lavender or rosemary).

I usually mix mine with a carrier oil

I also add them to hair products that don't have a pleasant oder, like my wild growth oil.
