Yes, every week after my rollersets. I don't do the saran wrap thing anymore though, my hair can't take the extra heat.

Yep...do it all the time...gives the illusion that I just got my hair flat ironed with a lot of body...

I don't use saran wrap...I will wrap my hair with a regular velcro/mesh wrap

I believe it is called a silk wrap. That is what my stylist used to call it anyway. I am sitting under the dryer right now, but I use a shower cap instead of saran wrap. It is much more practical and I get the same results.
