Does The Elastic In Caps And Headbands Hurt Your Edges And Nape?

I posted a question in regards to sleep caps ages ago and was told to turn them inside out. But what if the elastic is wrapped in fine satin or silk? I haven’t tried but my hair is ultra sensitive. And my scalp. Experiences please? Because I’m bout to order. Just like I do every time I long on here

If turning my cap inside out isn’t sufficient,
I roll the band (sort of like to cushion the elastic). I rarely have elastic too tight/strong that I have to roll the band.
