I don't mind it. As a 4a natural I think that it would be too much for me to handle (although it would shrink to BSL or APL anyhow 
). However, if they like it, I love it.
I would imagine that it'd be easier to deal with hair that long when it's straight since naturally straight hair doesn't shrink back and tangle on itself (of course, there are exceptions).
