So I've been contemplating wearing one of these berets like the one pictured below. Question: Do they break the hair?? Is there anything I should do to protect my hair?? What do you ladies do??

I wear them almost everyday. No it doesnt break my hair at all:nono:Its a good way to cover my hair when Im wet bunning. Or if my hair is a hot mess that day:look:

i have one. i got in on sale at burlington's. i dont wear it often tho so idk if it breaks ur hair or not

Well that's good to hear that they DONT break the hair. I've been seeing them everywhere, Torrid.com, gap.com etc. Hint Hint: Im a huge online shopper:lachen: Anyone else???

I have two of these and I wear them often. I always wear a dorag underneath though. I push back the edges so you can't see it peeking underneath the hat. When I stop being lazy, I'm going to sew in a satin bonnet on the inside of the hat.

I have 1 but it has a peak, it doesn't cause any breakage for me but I don't wear mine often. I do have my hair in a bun to try protect my ends. If I wore it more regularly then I think I'd wear my satin scarf just out of fear of the unknown lol

It depends on what the inside is made out of I guess.

With almost ant hat though I would wear something though to protect the hair (bonnet, etc.).

I've worn similar things and no, they did not break my hair. The material might make a difference.

I love these berets and they are really soft. When i wear them its only on way and leaving work. I say go for it!

i wear these all the time, they help me refrain from using my CHI. I think im going to start putting my satin bonnet on underneath though, that does sound like a good idea.
