Do you wash/cowash more than once a day?

I have a problem. Im addicted to (co)washing my hair erplexed

Here lately..I have been on it alot..I've co waShed my hair..everyday since Monday!!

I'm stretching ( 5 weeks) and I get about an inch a month..trying to manage the NG.

I cowash twice a day maybe 3 days out the week. It was almost like a habit! Everytime i go in the shower i have this urge to just wash my hair LOL. Especially if i had gel in it during the day.

Nope..You're not alone. My hair thrives being co-washed...

Only in the summer when I been outside all day or at the gym do I co-wash more than just once a day.
