Do you deep condition with heat?

Whenever I deep condition my hair I always use heat. Most times I sit under the dryer, but when I'm lazy I just put on a heating cap. My hair just feels better when I deep condition with heat

nehhh, i just use a cap with a towel on top. when i do this for an hour my head is HOT and steaming!

i suppose i would have one just to feel pampered tho

I sit under the dryer with conditioner in my head after EVERY shampoo - no matter what. Every time. This has been the best way to combat dryness 4 me.

I don't use heat but I deep condition for at least 2 hrs
