Divorcing husband wants kidney back

This is a non starter for me. Once you give a 'gift' it ain't yours anymore.
If there was any doubt in his mind that he couldn't give his kidney to his wife 100% then he should have left it where i was.

Besides they have 3 kids together- I'm sure their kids appreciate the fact that they still have their mother.

ETA: Dang she cheated on him??? Well if that's the case, take yo kidney back!!! What he needs to do is get a DNA test on them kids, cause next she'll be hollerin,"You are NOT the father!!!"
