Denman Brush

Does anyone use a Denman Brush? I've heard a lot of raves about this brush and I just wanted to get some reviews on it. Is it really worth the money? A lot of naturals use it and say it really makes a difference in their hair but I'm just wondering how a brush could really make that much of a difference.
