So long as he is attractive to you, other people's opinions shouldn't matter. Why are people so invested in other people's mates anyway? Men in general are less attractive than women and if looks is the number one priority, 80 percent of the people currently in relationships would be single right now. Men are supposed to be honorable providers and protectors. Looks is an added bonus. If he's hot and useless then he is not doing you any great favors.

Dudes don't do this, do they? Try to date someone that they honestly aren't attracted to? I just threw that in there because it seems they can have a list of physical traits that they can seek but us women shouldn't be perceived as "shallow" by having a similar list.

The guy doesn't have to be perfect model status but I should find him at least moderately attractive to me for the physical side of the relationship to thrive.
