Cowashed last night with VO5 Kiwi Lime, VO5 Strawberries and Cream, and VO5 Passion Fruit Smoothie.

I prepooed with Deva Care One and cowashed with Deva Care One. My hair felt soft today for someone reason. Using Deva Curl One as a Leave-in. Hopefully I can twist my hair up quick and get to bed by 12:15. :yep:

Doing my DC treatment on dry hair and then will cowash with Suave Tropical Coconut conditioner.

Diva_Esq

I want to join! I know the session is almost over so I will be doing session 4 too!

Pics I will upload later

How many times per week will you cowash? 1-2x per week

What conditioners are you planning to use? Still looking for good all natural conditioners. Right now I use HE HH and V05 kiwi lime

What do you hope to achieve by cowashing? Moisture retention, growth with retention, and better management of new growth

How often (if ever) will you use shampoo? 1x per week

Cowashed with AO Blue Chamomile. Brought back the softness and some of my curls. I thought I had lost them.

faithVA I recently bought AOBC and like it. I've only used it as a DC so far. Do you ever use it that way? Maybe I'll try it as a cowash...

:look:

I usually use my AOs for DC. Last night I put it on and left it for a while. I called it a cowash because I didn't use any heat. I need a bit of heat for it to truly deep condition. So I just called it a cowash.

Nix08[/USER];16569465]@faithVA I was being lazy and called it BC - AO Blue Chamomille:lol:

:look: I just need coffee :nono: That's so embarassing I should just erase my last post. :perplexed

Let me get some coffee before I write anything else.

:lachen: Go ahead and erase it ... it will be our little secret:grin: I saw it in the store and just because I've seen you mention it before I bought it. I also got the Camomile which has protein in it...I haven't used it yet. Did you ever try the RM?

Have you tried it yet?

I think I'm rubbing off on you. Did you buy the White Camellia?

I have that one as well. I have tried the Blue Chamomile, White Camellia, Rosa Mosqueta, GPB and HoneySuckle Rose. I'm low porosity so Rosa Mosqueta and HoneySuckle Rose are too heavy for my hair. I would probably have to dilute them to use them. My hair doesn't really need protein so gave the GPB away. I didn't really notice anything different with my hair when I used those 3. My hair likes the White Camellia but it likes Blue Chamomile better.

I use both of them for prepoo, cowash and DC. The Blue Chamomile is hard to find though. So I need a backup.

faithVA Yes all of those are in my arsenal:yep: When I'm several weeks post I like the weight of AORM. I find White Camellia very moisturizing but I don't use it very often:perplexed: I cowash with AOHSR daily until about 6/7 weeks post then I cowash with RM. GPB is ok, for protein I like the AO Island Naturals better. I've never seen Blue Camomile in store before so when I did I bought it. In hindsight I probably shouldn't have because I like it and now I'm going to have to buy it online which just opens up a can of worms where spending is concerned, although I just opened the bottle I feel I need a back up too:look:

Well since you have so many others that you like the bottle may last you a while. It's nice that your hair likes so many different things. My hair is very picky  She is not easily impressed. You can check your local Vitamin Shoppe to see if they carry it. Or you can catch a decent sale online at the Vitamin Shoppe and get it fairly decent. Vitamin Shoppe only requires spending $25 for free shipping. So you can buy several AO products at the same time, get a good discount and have free shipping. It's all about timing.

I will get my replacement at the end of the month when I restock on vitamins or when I get a 20% off coupon, whichever comes first.
