I co-washed yesterday. I'm getting my hair cornrowed (without extensions) later today so I'm not exactly sure how cowashing will work, but I'll figure it out:), I've been loving it so far and my hair seems to like it too, lol.

I have been co-washing almost 6 days a week; co-wash, a little oil, a little leave-in, gel where my hair falls, and go. My hair loves this!

I'll be unofficially joining this challenge! Co-washing 3-5x per week (HE HH), shampooing 1x per week (JC Biotin), and I will hopefully keep my hair moisturized, clean, and retain length!

I will definitely join next session. I will follow this thread. I am currently co washing at least 3-4x a week. I am currently doing the CG method.

::Checking In::

I co washed with V05 Moisture Milks 'Passion Fruit Smoothie' last night. I really like co washing, my hair looks healthier and I like the results of my twist out (sides/front cuz I'm wigging it) the next day. Next co wash tonight or tomorrow. :}

I haven't been posting in here as I should. I cowash 3x/wk. I alternate moisture & protein. I will try to do better :look:.

Co-washed out DC with Darcy's Pumpkin Seed Condish yesterday and co-washed with L'Oreal EverCreme Nourishing Conditioner (I like this better than the EverSleek line of conditioners) today.

Doing an oil rinse with sunflower oil followed by a cowash with SSI's Pomegrante conditioner that I mixed with agave.
