Anyone having noticeable results in texture, strength, thickness and length. I find that my hair is becoming easier to comb through or brush before washing it, and I have so little shedding! That is the biggie. This means more retention! Whoopee!

Wonderful. I keep forgetting this step! And when I did it, i had way less shedding and my detangling was super-easy. I know this works wonders. I was consistent with it throughout the spring and summer...I'll do it this weekend. I will not slack this time.

After about a month of spritzing my scalp with a mixture of black tea, nettle tea, aloe vera juice and msm after my daily cowash, my hair has responded very well. I keep it braided up for a month at a time and the shedding seems to be greatly reduced. I recall thinking that the amount of shed hair that I lost after 5 weeks looked more like the hair that I would have lost after one weeks time. I'm excited to see what happens after 3 months! :yep: I'm hoping for increased fullness over the coming months.

\What amazed me is that my hair is fine and I have to be so careful of the curly ends. My hair feels stronger and definitely more manageable since the coffee rinses. I use the Arabian drip coffee from Starbucks.

I usually rinse with black tea mixed with ACV and my hair has been doing wonderfully. It's in braids now, so I'll report back with another update in December when I take them down!

Forgot to mention I think from now on when I make my shampoo and conditioner mixes instead of adding plain water I'll add black tea brewed with some of my Ayurvedic powders.

I LOVE mixing things!
