Ladies,

If any of you have notice a lot of shedding during your comb outs after washing or conditioning your hair, here is a tip. After doing your conditioner wash, when you put whatever creamy moisturizer on your hair, wait until your natural body heat melts the cream before combing. I've notice if I try to comb my hair right after putting it on, I experience a lot of shedding because the comb is trying to move through the moisturizer. But if I give it a few minutes (like while I wash my face or brush my teeth, whatever) my natural body heat melts the cream and it's much easier to comb through. If I'm in a pinch for time, I sometimes put on a plastic cap to speed it up.
