I think there have been studies done to prove that people are making good matches. Just like in-person, it's based upon randomness, though. You just have more chances at meeting eligible good men/women as well bad people in a shorter amount of time.

to the bolded. You must use discernment even in the church. Some come to church looking but their intentions are not good. I remember a guy that was supposed to be a christian, telling me that he had a dream that I was supposed to be his wife... Boy bye.
