Im having a hard time with this. A part of me wants to give my guest a choice on what to eat and another part I'm like I want to choose one entree and hopefully they like it it. What are you ladies a doing?
Could a buffet (or stations) be an option? That's what I did. However had we done plated, I would've just chosen for them and arranged a veggie option for those who need it.
There are too many people with food allergies to only have one meal option. Most people do a chicken and fish or chicken and veggie dish. Our hall had multiple plated entree options as part of our package so we didn't have to choose.
