I sneak a peek at LHCF at work but I am not allowed to post. I wasn't sure who you were talking about...then I realized it was me!
I am always looking at your albums, down pat regimenes,silky ends, blunt cuts and bling bling shine hoping to catch a little bit of your glory.
I have been using the baggie method/vaseline since December 2003 and those two things combined have made a big difference. I am one of those who gets splits in the MIDDLE of my hair shaft and it proceeds to go up and down the hair. Since I learned about Aphogee as a regular treatment, on this board, as well as about keeping conditioner on my braids/ponytail, I have seen lots of improvement. Thank you for the shout out! I very much enjoyed it. More importantly, I appreciate the tremendous support and inspiration you ladies provide to me, and one another, on a daily basis!
