I get my ceramides fro adding wheat germ oil to my DC along with EVOO and or COCO oil.
It's easier to use wheat germ oil because i use it in my protein shakes as well. sounds like a good product but I am trying to be good just got a steamer. ;-) lol

Did somebody say ceramides??! :lick:

Ceramides has made a 360 degree change in my hair.

Your hair looks fantastic!

Thanks for this bellebebe-too bad I can't see the pics but I just put 2 of the conditioners in my shopping cart!!!

ok, I'm on that website and they sell a volumizing detangler and a moisturizing detangler :lick:

Let me get out of here :cowgirl:

4 dollars though! :look:

bellebabe - thanks for the info. I will be looking into this.
i did notice the leave in detangler has alcohol denat as the second ingredient...does anyone know if this is bad?

Ceramides are tha bomb!! Oh yess! Incorporating these into my regimen has been really good for my hair, I feel I'm doing all the right things now to retain moisture - finally!! :yep:

Okay ladies, I'm feeling like I need to investigate ceramides. Are they beneficial for natural hair? Is it more of a protein or moisture treatment?

Which ceramide products do you ladies use?

Girl, I didn't know anything about ceramides until my sister introduced me to satinique. she kept rambling on and on about how soft her hair is and how it has ceramides lol and I was like ok, ceramides must be good then. Plus, the ladies on the bored rave on and on about it. It is good for hair.

Bellebebe,
Tried to leave you a "thanks" but the button is missing.
I'm off to read that ceramides thread and possibly get some Satinique. I HATE that I have to order online.

Cereamides are excellent for all hair. They are building blocks, helping your hair to be more elastic - therefore stronger.....

There is a post around here explaining them. They do occur naturally in several oils, so you dont HAAAVE to buy a new condish...
I own the biolage vials for an extra boost of ceremides.. but I use wheat germ oil and coconut oil and sunflow oil religiously...They also contain them..... I am sure someone will jump in with more.

OOPS!!! I see you found the thread. :yep:
