Ceramides And How To Use Them

I just purchased a bottle of ceramide from lotioncrafters only because I heard it was good for hair... Does anyone else use it and if so, how do you use it? And what were your results?

Where did you get them from?

I use ceramide-rich oils (safflower, grapeseed, EVOO and more recently, sesame) and I use them to seal or add to my DCs. I've also used EVOO as a prepoo. I'm sure you could add them to your oil and condish mixes.

I'm using the oils and ceramide-rich butters like hempseed butter. I do have some conditioners by Matrix Biolage that I love and use as well.

I put Silk Amino Acids in my conditioners, DC's, leave-ins and my spray bottle.

Basically everything but my gel and shampoo.

My hair feels silky/smooth/(it's hard to explain) even though it's definitely still 3c/4a.

I'm thinking about buying this and the SAA myself but I'm not sure how to use the ceramide, should I just mix the SAA, ceramide and a little bit of leave in with water and use it for my everyday moisturizing leave in? Does anyone do similar?
