Can I still get a "good" pre poo?

This week i've put alot of stuff in my hair. Some foreign (my friends stuff) some of it mine. Do I need to clarify before I put evco in my hair? Will the evco be as effective on wet hair?


Please help. I'm due for my weekly dc tomorrow night

In my experience I would atleast shampoo. BUT I think it depends on what kind of products you put on your hair. If you used products with a lot of cones then you should shampoo with somthing that contains at least one sulfate. Try not to use so many products though. It's best not to layer more than 2 products during a wash period. It helps keep build up to a minimum and let your hair's natural shine come through.
