Not sure how to use it though

How should I use it exactly?? I was going to put some on my scalp and new growth 2x a day... is that the correct way to do it? Or should I only do it once?

Would using my leave-ins and wgo stop it from working?

Would it be ok to put BOTH wgo and the surge on my scalp and new growth?

Should I use it all over my head?

Hey PurtyGurly! The directions say to use it twice daily. I put mine on before any leave-ins and use it all over my head. I don't think using other products will stop it from working.

Im in too, if I can find it today in Wallgreen's. Did somebody say you can seal this with oil if you want? Im not sure but I think that's what I read.

yokourt: I don't know which city you're in but DDHair mentioned a place in Dallas (Oak Cliff) that sells it. Other posters have mentioned that Walgreens sells it also.

I'm hittin up all the local Walgreens today on a mission to find this Surge!

DDHair: What's the name of that Oak Cliff store?

LOL, I am ready! Of course I have been ready for about four months now. I will hopefully get another bottle when I go to Dallas. I am seeing some growth now and I have only had my braids for a little over a week, I really want new growth, but I am scared these bad boys will be looking raggedy in a month. I sprayed Surge on and put some in my Renu Herbs Herbal grease and oiled my scalp.

I don't know the name of the store in Oak Cliff, but it is on Hampton and Ledbetter in the parking lot of that new Albertson's store. It is $3.99 there (it was the last time I was there), the cheapest I have ever seen it! Everywhere else it is $5.99. They have it at that USA Beauty Supply near Carter too.

I'm in too! You know I just left the BSS and discovered they have a ton of this stuff on the counter. I don't remember seeing it last week so I ordered it from Paynes. Anyway, if you're in the DC area you can get surge at Beauty Island in Mitchellville.

how long is this challenge lasting? i'm interested but i just bought biotin and will be removing braids and getting back into daily rinsing/washing. I want to monitor my growth with those things alone. But maybe in a couple months. . .like january. . .

I think that using it all over my head is making my hair a little dry. I will only use it on my scalp unless it is after I wash.
