Girl hush, your hair looks like a picture I saw on one of those relaxer boxes at Sally's! LOL I said that's Bablou00 on that box!

:lachen: @ comparing Bablou00 to the relaxer box model.
I'll have to give it to you JJ, you were on point with that one.

Anyway-

My latest hair buys were:

Do you like it?

TIA

I used a vial of the Fermodyl and I didn't get any noticable results with. But then again I didn't get the formula that everyone raves about either. Needless to say, I ended up returning it, since Sally's is cool like that. My lastest products right now are:

Giovanni Direct Leave-In (so far so good)
Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose Conditioner (ridiculously rich and smells delish)
Pantene Breakage Defense Relaxed & Natural Mask (one of the best drugstore conditioners I have used in a long time)

So as you can see, I have enough products to keep me busy!

Ladies,

Will Sally's take back used products with a receipt??

I bought Aubrey's pure aloe vera (not gel but in liquid form) and have been using it as a moisturizer. My hair is loving it so far!

My absolute favorite product right now is Beyond the Zone Stiff Head. It's styling stick I smooth on my hairline. It keeps it smooth, moisurized, and sleek. The fact that it's made mostly of castor oil too really floats my boat too. :drunk:

Silk Elements Megasilk Leave-In Creme took weeks for me to finally get my hands on but was well worth the wait. :yep:

I am also really feeling my Hot Six oil. I had never tried this before, but I am so glad I found out about it.

went to Sallys....
I just bought that STIFF HEAD too, me likee !!
I got a Mebco Comb
and that DUO TEX too that Supergirl recommended

Hello Ladies!

I'm new here and to the PJ world; I've had my hair done by my best friend Danny for over 20 years! LOL! He's used many products that many ladies are just discovering for YEARS, i.e. Nexus Humectress (all Nexus products), Porosity Control, S-Curl, etc. My hair, though it is thin (genetics), it has always been healthy thanks to Danny's loving care!

Had a full weave for 7 years and wore a "protective" pony tail for more years I can count. Decided to wear my own hair out for a while...:) My hair has several layers, just above BSL in the back, SL sides.

Anyhow since I have been visiting this site (1 month today) I have bought the following products:
  1. Surge Plus 14 Hair Revitalizer
  2. Surge Ultra Max (just started using this...will let you all know how it works for me)
  3. Dr. Miracle's Temple and Nape Gro Balm
  4. Dr. Miracle's Anti Breakage Strengthing Cream (thickens up my thin, tresses; works better for me applied to the scalp, not the best hair dressing though)
  5. Jane Carter Solution nourish & shine (like it on my hair; love it on my skin)
  6. Elasta QP Mango Butter
  7. ORS Olive Oil Moisturizing Hair Lotion (love this!)
  8. Profective Mega Growth
Shopping over, now to see what works the best!

I'm excited to be a member of this Forum!

1. Lamur Bone Marrow Conditioner (the BEST accidental purchase I've EVER made)
2. Nexxus Botanoil
3.Elasta QP DPR conditioner
4.Bronner Brothers Growth Serum (it's funny my father once told me about this haircare company my great uncle started way back when, he said he thought it was called bubble brothers...lol. I was like Bronner Brothers?
....bubble brothers)
5.Sunsilk 24/7 creme
6.Nexxus Therrape
7. The list is too long:ohwell:

Now that is just to cute!

I went to Whole Foods for deodorant and ended up with Giovanni Magnetic Energizing Shampoo, Giovanni Magnetic Restruxturing Conditioner & Giovanni Magnetic Power Treatment :look:

Garnier Fructis Line. It was on sale at target. Currently using the Avlon line. After this runs out, I am switching to the Fructis. I never stay married to any one product long. Fear of commitment, I guess. Anyway, I always seem to return to NTM.

I know I'm a little late:whip: But I am in love with Paul Mitchell - The Conditioner its a Leave-in Moisturizer and Conditioner:thumbsup: :clapping: This is the only leave-in I've tried that does not weigh down my 4a Hair.

Too much... Im not sure if i'm a PJ yet.. I'm a newbie and so I'm trying to find out what's going to work for my hair and what isn't.. . I need a regimen...

I have purchased:

Beyond the Zone Noodlehead- love it
Fantasia IC w/ sparklelites- like it, dries smooth and soft
Aloe Vera Gel- not feelin it more than the fantasia
Homemade Ms. Jessies curly pudding recipe- not feelin it
Hello Hydration Poo and Conditioner-uh... can do w/o it.. think there is something better
Miconazole Nitrate (generic)- gives my head the itchies! probably working, think i'm going to like the results
Kids Organics Shea Butter- like it a lot on dry hair rather than wet hair.. a good detangler, good slip but not the best slip i've seen
Dove Intensive Repair poo and con treatment- love it! makes my hair really moisturized and soft
Amla oil- like mixing it with other things.. too soon to tell if my gray will turn black
amla powder- hated the grimey feeling, will try to keep up w/ it and mix w/ henna when I get that.
MTG- seems to stop breakage really well.. makes my hair hard but will keep up with it...
Carrot Juice- love it

I am a huge PJ. I bought Suave Strawberries and Cream shampoo and conditioner last week only because it smells delicious. I mixed it with my Thermasilk shampoo and conditioner for the smell. I LOVE mixing Conditioners. I am going to buy Silk Elements lye Relaxer & Neutrogena Triple Moisture today. 2 Weeks ago bought three packs of the larger snap on rollers but I am going to change up for the magnetic rollers that snap on or maybe I will get some pin or more clamps. I love hair accessories even though I don’t use them. Soon I will have to get a plastic bin. I think I’m going to start doing braids I put in my first extensions last night!

queen helene: cholesterol with ginseng

ive heard good things about it and it was hella cheap! i got impatient last night (cant wait till i take out my braids for a deep condition) so i used it on my ends. my rough ends are REALLY soft and are now curly (no frizz!!). i may keep my braids in longer because of this stuff

My latest purchases were MTG, Salerm 21, Aphogee Intensive Treatment, Infusium 23, and some Extra Virgin Olive Oil..

Damn , I really am a junkie because I am going to Walgreens today for Suave Daily Clarifying Shampoo or VO5 Kiwi & Lime Squeeze. Then I am going to the health food store for aloe vera juice.

I already posted but, i have yet another product. I just ordered some amla oil form ebay the other day. I also plan on getting a whack of other stuff next week from my favorite website. SOMEBODY HELP ME!! I can't stop buying products.:spank:
