I hate to be a busy body but WHY would Brandy be pregnant again already? She needs to find something to do with her life. Does she not plan to make albums anymore?
 
I think this is all a part of her being rebellious, and trying to break from under her parents' wing. (especially her Mother)

Brandy has been making music for nearly 10 years now. And she's still young. Regardless of how she became pregnant and by who, maybe having a family/children is VERY important to her and superceeds any paycheck or album chart position. She hasn't even been out of the loop for that long, she was pregnant during the Full Moon video and he daughter just turned 1.

Saying she needs to do something with her life, when she's done so much in a short space of time is pretty unfair. She's made movies, music, toured, done TV shows plus more, she needs a break, needs to have some ME time and enjoy her babies. There's always room for her in the music industry if and when she's ready to come back. It makes it sound like to you she's not doing anything constructive with her life because she's not making another album at the moment. There's nothing more fulfulling than raising and caring for your children, rather than leave them with some nanny and burn yourself silly amassing more $$ to an already healthy fortune.

No offense, but I think this is the silliest thing I've ever heard. My husband and I have been knowing each other since Feb 2001 and just tied the knot on June 12th. It's all on the maturity level and knowing that's the person for you. Five years is a long time to be together IMO to know if you want to be with that person, so why wait a FEW more years? I believe that it's about working things out and making the best paths for each other. You're right, there's definitely not a need to rush to get married, people must do it for the right reasons. But I dare wouldn't live my relationship out based on statistics in fear that I would get divorced for being married too early. I know that you two have your own reasons for waiting things out and that's great, I'm not trying to pass judgment cause that's your life. To each it's own, but that's my opinion.

That's just like saying since I'm from the #1 most dangerous city in America (St. Louis) that I'm more likely to be violent and ghetto. Not true at all. You know, a rose can grow from the concrete...

I agree and meant she needs to find something else to concentrate on other than having babies. However, I forget that some women like to have them back to back. One of my high school teachers got married in her late 30's and had her children back to back to "catch up."
 
On the local radio station here in New York I heard the reason for the breakup is allegedly because the first child is not his. Whatever the case I believe the reason for the breakup has to do with one of the children not being his. I also heard she is 8 months pregnant.

Your post would make sense. Brandy said they would raise the current child together but, according to others, didn't mention the 1st child.

Brandy was not pregnant when she got married so she had to have cheated after the marriage. With who??

This doesn't mean that Robert isn't the father of the baby she is carrying now. Somewhere along page 3 or so in this thread it seems like it was assuming that since the article doesn't state that they will raise the new baby jointly that it isn't his.
 
I think we are trying to figure out which baby may or may not be his.
 
I hear ya, but, the article that was posted seemed to be the only "source". I would like to know too why they are divorcing, I'm nosey like that.

Whats the deelie with sista gurl divorcing already, i thought she said on MTV that he was her 'soul mate' or somethin like that. But Im still trippin off the fact that the second baby may not be his??...damn, thats messed up.

I agree, she doesn't look 8 mth pregnant, but in the "closer up" pic, she does look a bit "round"... just a bit....
 
Again Access Hollywood said Brandy's camp said that the rumors about her being pregnant aren't true. That isn't hard to believe because when she was in public a few weeks ago she didn't look pregnant at all, certainly not 8 months along.I remember another "pregnant" rumor started about Brandy when her baby was about 4 months. That rumor wasn't true. The current one is just another rumor started by someone.
 
I remember someone saying that she may have been pregnant with her first child before her and Robert got married and therefore it was like a shotgun wedding in that they got married because she was pregnant. That would be a good explanation as to why they didn't tell any body they were getting married in the first place keeping the date and details secret.
 
On Friday it was on the news but they said that they did not give any reason for the divorce. It has to be awful to turn on the T.V. and hear your business on blast but I guess that is the price of stardom. I was the one that said that it was kind of weird that they only were mentioning them raising the first daughter jointly in the article and not the baby that she is supposively pregnant with. I also agree that she doesn't look 8 months pregnant in the pic. And I think that if she is pregnant it was kind of fast to have a baby. I personally would want to indulge in the experience of being a first time mom before I would do it again. But then again things happen and she can afford it. Now the speculation that her first child isn't Robert's, if true is scandulous.

It's funny that you mention that. Although the articles say that she's preggo, I saw a different casula picture of her and Kelly Rowlands when her daughter was almost a year and she definitely didn't look pregnant. So when i read the article, my first thought was...okay, the pix I saw previously must have been much, much older.

Not to add to the gossip, (ok maybe just a little) but I found this post on a thread at a music forum that I thought I'd share. It addresses many of the concerns alot of you seem to have. Dont know how true it is (as with all gossip) but it makes for an interesting read.

"About the Brandy divorce, the whole lines about Robert and Brandy remaining friends is probably just [** potty mouth **]. In fact, it is a very, very ugly divorce.

I say this because Friday I happen to catch the story on WBLS, on Wendy Williams' show. First off, I was kind of surprised since Brandy seemed so into Robert (although he came across to me as kind of having no personality and not being too into Brandy on the MTV show. Anyway, Wendy reported that Brandy claims Robert cheated on her. Robert rebuffed by saying Brandy was cheating in him. Robert requested a PATERNITY test for their unborn child. Wendy, who if you don't know is notorious for analyzing celebrity news, said that RObert's motive to the paternity test thing id to smear Brandy's image as the wholesome family type. Wendy said that although she doesn't belive it, knowing that Robert is asking for a paternity test will cause everyone to wonder if Brandy's wholesome image is just a cover, and "in reality she could be a whore." So in other words, Robert is playing dirty."

Isnt this starting to become a prime example of the sacrifices celebrities make by wanting to be 'famous' when it comes to their privacy?
