Please help, I get my hair in twists once a week and I take them out after the 3rd or fourth day. I have tried the twist out, but my hair is still in the transitioning stage, and it looks like half fro, half straight hair and it is really poofy. Please tell me what I can do to make my twists last longer. Living in New Orleans in the summer makes it really hard to wear it down.

i live in Atlanta now but i'm from the westbank over in Harvey/Marrero area. The rest of my family lives there and yeah, humidity is a mutha.... hopefully someone else can give you advice on that

I grew it out from a toni/halle cut in about 3.5 years (my hair grows verrrry slow

it is when the length/ends of your hair reaches the top/middle/bottom of your bra-stap hence the name bra-strap length hair
