How do upload your personal avatar? I have a photo on my computer - but when I try to upload it won't for some reason. Can someone help me out here - I'm doing something wrong?

Also how do you put a photo under signature?

OK? Maybe complaining in cyberspace helped something. I've been trying to upload that darn pic FOREVA and this is the first time I was able to do it. Woo hoo!
