Are You Where You Thought You'd Be One Year Ago?

Yes, but I didn't know about the site till a little later. I am where I thought I would be. I stopped going to my hair dresser when she messed up my hair big time. I started to see a great difference since I stopped going to her and even greater results since I became a member and got the BT Oil.

No, because I really didn't have a goal last year. But in all fairness, I really didn't start taking care of my hair until June or July of last year.

Nope.

I have had so many set backs, it's not even funny... And I am just now seeing the damage from the fall combs on top of my head. It never occured to me I wasn't seeing it before because I was always wearing the fall, and the broken pieces were so short... so the combs were hiding it! So now that they're growing in, and I no longer wear it, it's painfully obvious.

Yes:cool: , and beyond , because I really didn't have any goals until June of last year. I only started taking care of my hair in June of 2006.
As for me I have surpassed my wildest dreams, In 8 months I have gone from cheek length hair to just a little past shoulder.;)

I am where I thought I'd be a year ago. But I'm not happy. :( Last year, I just wanted to reach APL and I have done that. But APL is not as long as I thought it was. My perceptions have completely changed.

I'm hoping to learn to appreciate my hair where it is. And get to BSL or further by the end of this year.

No.

I have only gained about 3 inches since last year. I think the front is the same length if not a bit shorter. The longer my hair gets the thinner my ends get, so I keep trimming. I am just aiming for healthy hair right now. I need to lay off the straightening, but it is soo hard for me to not straighten in the colder months. I plan on using no heat all summer, I need to retain some length!

It's only been one year so yeah, so far so good. I'm still trying to master a few techniques so my hair can really thrive:)
