Aww this reminds me of me and my so when we set dates to see each other. He'll call me and be like "4 more days" or "24 more hours", lol...Then well be on the phone the whole time he's at the airport until he boards the plane. Silly as all get out, I know lol.

HLD, I wish I could just go to sleep and wake up to Saturday morning. I wish there was a way to make these next 3 days go by quicker.

To add suspense to it all, he called me and asked me for my exact height today. What could he possibly need that information for?? lol

We have been dating for 4 years. For about 1 yr and 9 mo, we were long distance. We only saw each other 7-8 times during that LD period. It was very difficult. 8 hours apart by car.

We talked on the phone everyday, we knew that we didnt want the situation to be permanent so we made it a point to have an "end in sight" for the LD. We were very open with each other and TRUST was a big part of it too. Also, I would have to say that we both had the will to stay. There was never a point in time when we both simultaneously thought about giving up. There was maybe 2 times when I thought about calling it quits, but he wouldn't let me go. Likewise, there was a time or 2 when he thought about breaking it off, but I told him "no way Jose" lol. So I think overall we were just committed to making it work, no matter what.

No he's definitely taller. I'm 5'7 and he's in the 6's.

SweetNic I know you are almost jumping with excitement. I was like that too before we met. He really embodies everything I'm looking for in a man and I'm grateful to God for that.

About where to live, he is happy to move here if it makes me happy although he would love for me to live in Nigeria.
