April 2016 What Did You Buy This Week?

@Beany how does this exactly work? What kind of styles are you using it for?

I use it to seal his LI. It's the consistency of vaseline. He either wears wngs or bantu knots. I rake his leave in through and then rake the jelly in for wng. When I put his hair in bantu knots i apply the jelly over the LI and twist. It's a nice sealer. I only use it on wet hair (i cowash his hair every other day).

I was using Schmidt's deodorant until I started using Jakeala's organic deodorants. I started using Jakeala during the fall/winter. If they (I have the cream and stick) don't hold up with this warmer weather, I'll be right back to that Schmidt's deodorant. Lol.

I've wanted to try Schmidt's before but my pits get angry at baking soda so I'm glad they finally made a baking soda free version

I forgot that the Schmidt's made my pits peel. I kinda liked it because the peeling got rid of the darkness and ingrown hairs that I'd get from shaving.

Mine starts as bumps then progresses to getting dark and then peeling/aching/pain. Pretty much super angry pits
The only baking soda deodorant I can handle these days is Primal Pit Paste Light and it only prolongs the angry pits by a few days.
I usually use baking soda free options: Primal Pit Paste Happy Pits and Ozone Layer (although a recent batch I bought of OL wasn't as strong as it once was). I'm hoping to add the Schmidt's sensitive to the roster.

Target (20% off with cartwheel app):

1x CRN Ginger Rinse (i wanted 3, but they only had one AND it was hidden behind some other stuff smh)
1x CRN fresh curl
1x tresemme botanique nourish and replenish masque (not included in the 20% off sale)

I am literally hoarding that ginger rinse for when the inevitable formula change comes around.
