I am MBL and I wash about 4-7 days it all depends on the season, cause I love WNGs in the summer. Winter they are not a good idea here in Minnesnowda.

Every 6 weeks. I do not use any products that leaves residue to cause build-up, so my daily co-washing keeps my hair clean.
^^^:yep:. Now that spring is here and it's warmer, I plan on shampooing a minimum of once a week but no less than every other week (unless I find it to be too drying). I CW mostly but have decided to try shampoo again.

I cleanse my hair every week, but I voted 8-10 days since sometimes I go either 7-8 days. Too tired.
I use Hair One Olive Oil and Wen SAM. I am a little past WL.

once a week. I also rinse and condition the length on the 3rd or 4th day in the summer and when the weather is dry, or when I am not feeling lazy, as th extra water seems to benefit.
I use moisturizing natural shampoos and I deep condition on wash days.

Yes, it is what I expected. I would have guessed the average to be about once a week. I am grazing WL and I wash once a week. I have always washed once a week, though, as long as I've been doing my own hair, no matter what length.

I don't have a set schedule really. I use shampoo when I feel like I have build up, or if I am going to give myself an Aphogee 2 step treatment. Last year - I don't think I used shampoo more than 5 or 6 times.

I was shampooing once a week, but now that I'm transitioning in two strand twists I'm attempting every two weeks.

Not sure if this will last, because my scalp feels a little itchy.

I've started cleaning my hair about every two weeks - I cowash or use soap (never shampoo because my hair hates it). I used to do it every week but as my hair gets longer (about BSL) I feel like this is too much manipulation for my texlaxed hair. Plus I'm not as patient and gentle as I could be.

This was okay during the winter but now that's its getting warmer I would like to go back to once a week. Styling at this length is not as easy at it used to be. I get tired of doing my hair more often now.
