NikkiQ! 15lbs can be done! To date I have lost 121 lbs since 2010! I believe I've lost my most weight this year after I updated my workouts from 6 days to 3 days a week and shortened my workouts from 1 hour to 30 minutes. I still use my hair dryer yet only need to use Monday and Wednesday mornings then set twists on weekends. I knew this fiscal year would have more responsibilities and didn't want to give up my routine.
I really can't explain it too well yet when I updated my routine in July by exercising only 3 days a week I've lost more weight than when I exercised 6 days a week. Somehow I am keeping up my energy, eating well, resting often, and losing weight by exercising less!
