anyone tried putting MSM powder is your conditoner?

If so did you notice any kind of change? I might try to experiment with it.

I put it in my conditioners, but maybe I don't put enough to see a difference...and upon wishful thinking, I keep doing it hoping that it's strengthing my hair. I also put a 1/2 teaspoon in distilled water spray bottle to dampen my hair for my pre-poo (hot oil treatment). It makes my hair softer.
