Brewers Yeast pills and putting MSM in your oils

I was just wondering if anyone was still taking Brewers yeast,if so did you notice any increased hair growth. Second question has anyone mixed msm with their hair oils or greases. I tried it a couple nights ago and scalp has been tingling since then.

I mix Brewer's yeast and MSM with juice each morning (teaspoon of each). This combined with Surge has increased my growth rate.
