... has anyone ever done this?

If so:
How long did you use it and what kind of result did it yield?
What was your formulation ie, XX product to XX MSM
Im have quite a bit of 99.9% pure, powder MSM and I'm thinking thinking of adding some to my pooes and conditioners.

TIA

NaturalGurl does (I think that's how you spell her name...)

Send her a PM!

I bought this in the powder form to put in my drinks but it's too bitter and i didn't feel like getting a pill maker to put in capsules (which you might want to do)...the chic at the health food store said you can mix it with whatever you want...so

I mix it with my facial wash to make a scrub and to my surprise, it dried up an ugly acne pimple in a couple of days...

I wouldn't put it in my hair since it doesn't dissolve and might leave white powdery residue in your hair...

I have the capsules...sometimes I open 1 or 2 and put in my oatmeal in the morning and one I drink with juice so you can put in other foods as well so you can pretty much do what you like with this ....(fayd2dark thats a good idea about the scrub with msm)

There's a you tube video of a girl that puts MSM in her glycerine, aloe vera gel and water mixes to spray. I always wondered if it really helped.

I have wondered about this as well. I am out of MSM pills, but I think I will give it a try when I get more.

I have the MSM Powder that I add to my Homemade Hairdress which consist of: Coconut Oil, Olive Oil, and Avacado Oil. Since those Oils all Penetrate the Cortex of the Hair Shaft, I thought MSM Powder would be a Good Addition.

I have also made another oil based concoction also adding the MSM Powder. After reading another Post, it probably wouldn't be at all bad to add to a couple Conditioning Treatments. And no, it doesn't leave any type of Residue on the Hair or Scalp. It is extremely fine powder.

I wish I could tell you specifically about the "Results" but I am using Supplements and Growth Aids, so it's hard to pinpoint my results specifically to the use of the MSM alone.:ohwell:
