Anybody using Mermade?

I have a jar of this but it seems to leave my hair a tad dry. This time I put a dollop of olive oil in my palm and added Mermade before I put it on my hair. I'm under the dryer now, so we will see what happens.... my hair felt good while setting....

I've rediscovered Loreal Mermade. Like you, I realized I needed to add a bit of coconut oil and then BOOM. Tangles fall out of my hair without combing Now my problem is finding Mermade since Sally's discontinued it and Metro Beauty seems not to have it!

I love this stuff!
When I heard Sallys was not going to carry it anymore, I went to about three stores in my area and bought it ALL!
I haven't tried it with oil yet...I'll do that tomorrow for wash day.

My mother has used this for years. She loves it. I've never tried it but the next time I'm in her medicine cabinet...

I'm under the dryer now doing the mermade/dollop of olive oil combo. My hair was sooooo detangled! Setting was a dream!

I must add that I do use Porosity Control after all deeps(Deep Conditioners).

How often do you deep condition/use the porosity control. I love the way porosity control makes my hair feel moisturized but wasn't sure how often it could be used.

I used this years ago then the store I purchased it at stopped carrying it and the only other store locally was a professional shop I needed a license for. This was B.I. (before internet).

I used to use this a few years ago, but I stopped seeing it in stores.
