Any good hairdressers in Dayton, OH?

I was wondering does anyone know of any good hairdressers in Dayton, OH? Or does anyone off of this board who lives in my area do hair? I might not be going back to my old hairdresser, I'm not sure yet. But whenever I decide to get another relaxer I'm going to need someone to do it since I don't know how to self relax.
