Another way to hair type

I know that links to this article have been posted a couple of times. I have my hair type, according to this system, in my siggy. I just wondered if anyone uses or likes it.

Here is the original thread where I found the link: http://www.longhaircareforum.com/showthread.php?t=363077

And here's the article itself: http://fromgrandmaskitchen.com/Natu...Straight-Wavy-Curly-Kinky-or-Nappy/Page1.html

What do you think? Do you like it? Would you use it? I'm assuming the ladies that are offended by the word "nappy" would not be using or would not like this system. I just wanted to get everyone else's thoughts.

interesting. here's the article page on type 4s & 5s.

based on this, my new growth is coily, but they are compact, & shrivel up into teeny flat coils. so i suppose based on this i'm a type 5... i just really don't like how they call it nappy, & from the tone of the article, there's nothing about embracing your hair type if it's not straight.

i like mizani's. i'm a (5?)/6/8; very curly coiled. when i look at my hairs individually, i always see springs of curls (picture a slinky, then that's my hair up close) but my hair also coils. i have springy like coils allllll over my head. at the same time zig zag coils at the tips which hides all the action.
this is the closest typing.
