My hair was always shoulder length, but when I changed stylists my senior year in HS, my hair went to neck length with a quickness. We quickly got to APL with moisturizing and sealing every night, cowashing every other day, and deep conditioning every wash. Keep your hair damp and moisturized really works

My hair was a bit past my shoulder when I was a little kid. But from the age of 9 to 19 my hair was SL. It wasn't even healthy. It was so damaged. And for a while my edge were no where to be found. Now my hair is APL and hopefully will be BSL this year. It has never been this long, from what I can remember. Basically, I started out with a very basic simple routine, like prepooing, stretching relaxers, moisturizing and protective styling.
