Allergic to hair dye?

Hey Ladies,

I'm been using the Clairol "Beautiful Browns" hair dye for eons with no issues, but lately I've noticed that my hair seems thinner and my scalp is extra itchy. I like this brand because it's no peroxide and no ammonia so it's supposed to be better for your hair...any one else have these issues or any suggestions cuz I got to dye my hairs....the greys are popping out all over!

you might can try ordering from roundhairbrush.com they have color and I have problems with allergies with dyes and I used theirs with no itches or problems at all.

Sorry this has happened to you.

I have read that an allergy can develop after long time use, even if you have used the product safely in the past. I also wonder if you switch to a black color would it be better for you. I can't recall where I saw it, but I remember a comment about reds/browns causing more allergic reactions in hair dyes.

Good luck and maybe the roundhairbrush color that KATS25 suggested will work.
