Anyone with relaxed hair ever use a Color Remover?

Hi,

I have relaxed hair that I dyed black with Robert Craig dye. It's a no ammonia/no peroxide dye. It's permanent.

I have about 2 inches of new growth with my natural hair color that is dark brown. I want to remove the black dye and get Aveda highlights in a honey brown.

I've been reading reviews on "Color Fix" and "Color Oops". And a lot of women say the products work well, but I don't think many of these women have relaxers.

Anyone familiar with color fix and color oops?
