I started taking Alive in 2013. This year I haven't been taking them regularly but I know what nutritional gaps I had this vitamin filled it. My nails were stronger and I didn't experience any break outs from the biotin. It's like a one stop shop vitamin for women. It costs a little more than others but I would pay a little more to keep from having an upset stomach from taking iron supplements.

It's definitely nice especially if you are acne prone like me. I like the energy you get from them too. I only wish the gummies had iron in them. Then I wouldn't have to swallow a pill.
