Not just for hair growth, but overall health I guess. What has really worked for you that won't break my bank?

Speaking of vitamins...how does the twinlab aminos compare to the twinlab hair factors?

I've always used One-a-Days. They have the simple stuff in them, and for my hair, that's all I need. When I took biotin, etc., it didn't make that much of a difference.

Off a recommendation from the board, I take Solgar VM 75. It's really good and not that expensive. From www.puritan.com I ended up paying like $15 for a three month supply, which is nothing for a quality product. Also, I used to take One-a-Day, but I've had much better results with this multi (in hair and overall health).

I like GNC Ultra Nourishair because it is a multivitamin (vitamin a, b vitamins etc) and it also has stuff for your hair such as silica, msm, biotin, amino (you get the idea, kill two birds with one stone)
